hp799 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that any of the following conditions apply.

• The account holder is under 21 years of age or has provided false age documentation
• Multiple accounts have been registered by the same individual or household
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity
• The player has used automated tools, bots, or scripts on the platform
• KYC documents submitted are found to be fraudulent, altered, or belonging to a different individual
• The account has been involved in money laundering, illegal transactions, or suspicious financial activity
• The player has made threats, used abusive language, or engaged in harassment toward hp799 staff
• Regulatory requirements or a court order mandates the closure of the account

Upon termination for cause, hp799 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is found following investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons will have their real-money balance returned within 5 business days.

All content on the hp799 platform — including but not limited to the hp799 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hp799 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the hp799 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any hp799 content without express prior written permission from hp799.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hp799 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hp799 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, interruption of service, or errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding game outcomes, account closures, bonus interpretations, or withdrawal processing — shall first be addressed through hp799's internal dispute resolution process.

When material changes are made, hp799 will notify registered players via in-platform notification or email to the address registered on your account, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the hp799 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
